My dashboard noticed me that my site runs two different cookie banners. One is an ancient app, now removed from the Wix app market, called Cookie something. I deleted that app when Wix introduced the new Cookie Consent Banner. I set up the new banner and here I go: TWO cookie banners running. I cannot remove the old one as I do not find it in Editor. Anyone else has this problem? Thank you.
This is very odd. If you’re unable to find it, I recommend contacting customer care. They have tools that can help you resolve this problem.
I did. No answer for now. I was hoping somebody here already had and solved that issue.
Hi @ovidiup76 . Do you mean the Cookie Alert Popup? It’s been retired which is why you may not see in the App Market.
Make sure you are deleting the app from all places: https://support.wix.com/en/article/deleting-apps
If you’ve already reached out to our customer care team, they will be able to assist you further, it may just take a bit of time 
@sheyla , I never had the chance to delete it, I used it and was happy with it until it was removed from the Wix market. From that moment, I was unable to delete it and activating the new Wix banner cookie only resulted in having 2 simutanoeus cookie bars active!
Very strange! This definitely sounds like a case for our customer care team. Let us know what happens
