I’m saving specific Typography settings for each text style with scalable option with Max and Min sizes. However, the Wix Studio builder doesn’t honor those settings for different breakpoints, it always jumps over the max or below the min - especially for Menu Items and Sub-items and Bottoms properties. Also it shows different sizes presets for Tablet and Mobile options, when I navigate between the styles of the text.
Does anyone know how to fix it? I would really appreciate the help, looks like Wix Support doesn’t know what’s going on.

paragraph 2 I have found to act weird with scalling as it is tied to some wix elements, like buttons, that have their own text scalling that overides the site styles. I usually set paragraph 2 to not scale. Then use another paragraph size as normal text.
Some elements don’t support min/max (in short if you don’t see the option to override it in the inspector, it’s probably not supported for that element).
Site Styles - Typography is global, meaning it applies to all breakpoints. If you try adjusting on a smaller breakpoint, it’ll update across all. The reason it adjusts is to give you an example of what size it’ll be at that breakpoint.
