Unable to download documents from a button on my dynamic pages

I have created dynamic pages for my products, I want to include product brochures on each of the product pages. I have a document field for every product in my collection. I have linked the field to a button on my dynamic pages, however, on clicking the button, nothing happens, no popups. The button animation works(I have set it so that if there is nothing linked to the button, the button will not be clickable “greyed out”). Any help is appreciated.
