Undo a Removed Form

Hi folks,

Is there a way to un-remove a form? I had a form set up on my site which just gathered email addresses for a contest, and had an automated “thank you” email set up. It was all working fine in the testing phase and showed up on the Dashboard in the Automations page.

For some reason, once I pressed Publish on the site to make that page live, the Form appears now in “Removed Forms”. I only noticed this when rechecking the automated email function, and it was disconnected from the Form. I don’t remember pressing any kind of delete or remove button, and there are only a total of 3 Forms on the site, including this Removed one, so it’s not a case of being close to the limit.

Is there a way to undo this accidental form removal? There’s no buttons or menus I can see that do this, and there’s no answers I can find through searches.

It’s not the end of the world if not, as names are still being added to the Form’s Database and it keeps updating, the emails just aren’t going out. I can still Export the data too, and import new data.

Any ideas?

Same thing happened to me. The live form still works fine but the form submission table is now appearing under “Removed Forms”. I’m scared that all the data that has been submitted through the form will be removed permanently after 30 days or something. How can I undelete it??

exactly the same happened to me
2 forms mysteriously appearing in the “deleted forms” section. Are still receiving subscriptions, but it is indeed scary.

WIX team, what can be done here, and is there any risk of losing data?

Resolution: clear cache then published site again
