Question:
Why do I see event-like labels in the “Labels” column of my contacts export when I have never created any events or used the Wix Events app? Where do these labels come from?
I see some topics that are related to us, but we have nothing like that on our site. For example:
- Legendary Entrepreneur Jeff Hoffman Exclusively at Campus X: Entrepreneurship as a Career Choice
- Better Legal Framework for Startups in BG? BESCO Leads the Way; Legendary Entrepreneur Jeff Hoffman Exclusively at Campus X: Entrepreneurship as a Career Choice
- 1% for the Planet - the Responsible Business Model
Can you explain how these labels appear in our contacts export?
Product:
Wix Editor (Contacts/CRM)
What are you trying to achieve:
I want to understand why these event-related labels appear in my contacts export and how they are being assigned, so I can manage or remove them if needed.
What have you already tried:
I checked my site for any active events or the Wix Events app and confirmed that we have never used them. I also reviewed my contact forms and automations but did not find any connection to these labels. I searched the Wix Help Center but did not find a clear answer.
Additional information:
Example of a label: “Legendary Entrepreneur Jeff Hoffman Exclusively at Campus X: Entrepreneurship as a Career Choice.” We only use contact forms and newsletters, no events.
