Hi all!
I’m a designer & developer, I’m playing around with this great editor and I’m really enjoying it so far
Question: is there a way to search for a specific photo (Unsplash) within the Editor X library? I spent hours in order to find some imagery which I’ve previously selected for a demo website. I tryed writing part of the title, full title, author name… nothing worked. I’ve been lucky on finding some of these images writing generic keywords like ‘working’, but you can figure how time-wasting it is. So I needed to manually upload many of them. It would be nice to avoid the download from Unsplash and the upload, since we have already them right in the library…somewhere… Any help?
Thank you in advance
Mary
Hi @hiroshy ,
Maria here from the Editor X team, apologies for the delayed reply.
I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble finding these images, it does sound like a time-intensive task indeed.
I checked with our team and they advised that your solution to manually upload is the best way to go about this at the moment, as unfortunately due to Unsplash API limitations it is not currently possible to search by artist or photo title. However, your feedback has been shared for review with the team, who I know will be keen to understand and review the issue.
Thanks again for your message.
Maria
Thank you @mariamc ,
I’m happy to know that you shared my feedback with the team, hopefully we’ll get this stuff fixed in the future.
Kind regards,
Mary
