How can we read the CMS collection and update it in a specific user’s or client’s profile?

The main CMS collection should only be readable by collaborators. When assigning plans to a specific user or client, the plan will be customized differently for each individual, but the data will originate from the main CMS collection.
The goal is to share the different nutrition plans for different individuals, the main food database will be created in CMS. Here the plan details for each individual will be in their user profile, as PDF file. so, every time we share the different plan only last two files will be visible by the clients.
CMS data collection is created and updated with the permission where only the collaborators can see the collections.
I don’t have much of idea of creating a new manu in user profile, and update with this information in the different manu.
