urgent...Database/Mobile

Hello, I submitted this a few weeks back and didn’t get a solution. sorry, it’s a little urgent… My database works well when people submit the information through their computer, the information goes to my database table where I can view them.

BUT, when they submit the information in my form using their mobile phones, it does not reach my database table and I cannot view any of the information the submitted.

any idea how to get this fixed??? thank youuuuu

@Hamda, what devices do you use?

@Tomer, I took a look at it in the past and couldn’t recreate the issue - i submitted from mobile (android) and the data appeared in the live database. My suspect is that the upload button is having hiccups on specific devices or configurations.
