Urgent QR Code Help Needed

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with a QR code generator website where I got locked out of my account, and because of that my codes are no longer working. I have existing QR codes (that originally linked so specific files and meeting links) that I need to reactivate on a different hosting site.

Can anyone tell me how I can do this? Use an existing code but on a new site?

I tried contacting the support team from the original site several times, but I haven’t heard back from them.

Wix is unable to provide for support for external service providers. You will need to contact the service provider to solve your problem.
