Wix Online Program Quiz with question type upload
the required mark i.e the *This column must be filled in condition does not go away even after a photo or video is uploaded. Preventing participants to complete the step or click the send/finish button for that step.
This error is mobile only and occurs randomly regardless of the phone brand, os type or browsers. This error could be fix using this steps but it does not work every time.
this error started happening at day 4 of the online program

Uploading a photo/video removes the *This column must be filled condition
What have you already tried:
This is the things I have tried to fix this error:
- refresh the website from the home page
- log out (sign out from your account) and log in again
- exit the website and open it in a new tab
- open the website in a different browser
- open the website on another device (phone or laptop)
- make sure the format is correct for both video and photo steps
- switch your internet connection to Wi-Fi or wait until the connection is more stable
- try again every 30 minutes
