User submit Button Not working Live site

I have a site where the submit button works but does redirect to the home page. Also how do I not have it show “Your content has been submitted” several times…actual none at all. Link https://meirsantos.wixsite.com/tipfortipjar/copy-of-wraps-and-coupons

I checked the page and it appears that the form is working as expected.
Were you able to solve the issue?

Thanks Inbar, It seems that there is no way to make a submit button work on a regular page, only a dynamic page. So I quasied a lightbox instead. works as a workaround till wix gets this fixed.
