I manage groups and set it so that only the site owner can add members, but this is not effective in groups established with the wix branded app, it only works in groups established on the website. In summary, if a user creates a group with the wix branded app, even the site owner cannot intervene in the group settings and this group is created. The admin can add all members as he wishes.
