Using npm package for camera access

Introduction:
I trying to take photo of user and store it in CMS. I want the user to select the biometric photo button on which the web browser will ask for user consent for opening camera of device. Then with the take photo button I want the user to take photo from user’s device and then upload.

Is there a npm package that can help me achieve this?
