Video File Not Loading in Groups!

I’m having trouble with

Loading any small video clip in either ,mp4 or .mov into my Groups page articles.

Working in

Wix groups and studio.

Extra context

Why is it lately regardless the browsers, regardless all the “walk through” examples, all the double checking file formats and everything else is my premium site continuously having all these BS problems now?

I don’t care what the policies are, if you have turned everything into junk, you need to fix everything or refund me entirely because this constant garbage occurring is NOT okay. If I have to explain more than this, you haven’t investigated anything.

Thanks for linking the site. I checked on my end and I’m able to upload videos on your site (I didn’t post it as I merely wanted to test the upload).

I didn’t see any videos within the group to see if there were any issues specific to the site.
