This is for my wedding company that specializes in 8mm and VHS aesthetics, with the website taking on a similar look. The viewer presses a small VHS enter button that starts a scroll passing various sections, each with an 8mm frame set as the background. This gives the illusion of a film strip scrolling past, with each section showcasing a different image. The scroll stops on a final 8mm image, with an embedded video player that auto-plays my wedding reel. All of this works, except one thing: I need to find a way for the video to perfectly stop on various monitors without the player getting cut off. I have the sections set to Scale Proportionally, so the 8mm film image stays in tact, as well as the video player. Setting them to fixed screws with the 8mm proportions. I’ve tried quite a few ideas while vibe coding, but I seem to be stuck. Any help would be appreciated.
