Ways to access the stored information in Database Collections using Wix Code

Hi I have two questions.

  1. If I want that one person can see the stored information in Database Collections using Wix Code, I have to forcedly share my Wix account with that person? Or there is another way?

  2. Another thing that I want to know is once a person finish all the form of my Wix website using Wix Code for make the form, the specific information of that form completed can automaticlaly be sent by email to a specific email adress?
