Trying to remove image background. My internet connection is fine. I tried many times from beginning. Exiting image editor and then selecting image and then retrying to edit.
I logged out. Then logged in. Still get the message when I try to edit image. ‘We got disconnected Please check your internet connection and try again.’
I cannot edit any images now. I can place images in site. I cannot edit in media manager. It is the same for stock images in Wix as well as my uploaded images.
I started a support ticket. Emilio called me promptly. He advised that I clear cache, cookies, and site data in browser. Restarted browser and issue was solved. Thank you for excellent phone support, Wix/EditorX
