Same thing is happening to my site. I’m guessing it’s a site wide problem.

I have the same issue www.black-widow.com.au its fine in the editor, preview and is white when I publish. This is also what I see on my samsung phone. I have checked the crazy domain config and it all seems fine. Wix is saying it a 3rd party issue? I only have the Wix integrated apps from their add ons. Can anyone shine a light, this is happening with all of my premium sites. I have cleaned out my cache on all devises. Can anyone help please?
These guys also just tried to charge me to have a chat bot converstion on how to fix the issue. WOW WIX, way-to-go looking after your premium subscription customers…

Hey Everyone, me as well. I have 3 websites and 2 are blank white pages but one seems to be working. Probably just some issue with Wix… hopefully it will be fixed soon!

Hi guys! Yea, this happened to my site as well, looks great in editor, but when published, it appears blank white… so sad to see this happen. I need it to work ASAP for my assignments!

same thing here. have 3 other websites and this one is the only one that is completely blank.
Just happened to me about 30 mins ago too… one minute it was published and totally fine, the next it’s just a white page.

My site, www.dacso-nm.org is also white in all browsers/devices. When reported it shows " Investigating - Our engineers are currently investigating an issue affecting live sites not loading Jan 09, 2025 - 02:56 UTC"

We just launched our business and made a post about it. Customers are saying they want to view the site but can’t because the page is just blank. So frustrating.

Same here. The current issue seems widespread, indicating that it may be related to server-side problems on Wix.

My site horsehavenranch.org is blank on the live site. The editor is fine, but no subpages are showing up. I have two url’s to different parts of my website Utahhorsedirectory.com and utahequestriandirectory (.com) - both blank as well. Even the subpages of those are blank. Messaged Wix and they said they know about the issue.

Same issue for me. It was just lucky I found this forum post - must say though I am relieved it’s not just me.
It would be nice if they sent out an announcement to site owners about such a widespread and known problem.

I’m having the same issue. It happened all of a sudden about an hour ago. I was making minor edits and publishing away and then boom - blank white page that won’t go away. I’m actually relieved to see all these messages. Sounds like it is a Wix problem. my site is www.novaby.com. let me know if anyone else can see my page.
