How can I create a fixed week timetable and not a weekly agenda where the dates will change daily?

What are you trying to achieve:
I am new to WIX and try to identify the best alternative to build my website where I will sell classes and workshops. The classes will follow the school calendar from September till June, and during holidays I will have special workshops available. Now, I am interested in displaying the regular calendar you can find on with Wix Events for instance and that will change daily or weekly depending on the date, but I want more importantly to have a weekly timetable where the site’s customer can have an overview of the classes that will not change all along the year. And if he clicks on a specific class, he will be able to subscribe for the year. The customer must have an overview of the fixed timetable to make an informed choice of the type of class he wants to select/purchase, even two or three months in advance without having to search in the calendar for the right date of the beginning of the class.
What have you already tried:
I added the Wix events and Wix Reservation widgets and compared the functionalities but am still unsure about the best option in my case. I started to create texts and blocks to create a timetable from scratch but am not sure about how responsive the design will be on mobile.
