I have created a banner with a CTA button and a title next to it. I want them both to be centered, but as I adjust the viewport width, the button overlaps the text.

To avoid elements overlapping each other you can use one of our layout tools like Containers, Grids, Layouter or Stack. When using 2 elements in a horizontal layout you can place your elements in a container and apply a grid to it.
Make sure you dock both elements to the grid line to make sure they keep the same space between them when resizing the screen.
