Why Booking Services App don’t have Rich Text for Service Description or am I doing something wrong?

What I am trying to achieve is I am an SEO and content of the booking service cannot have sub headings and internal links, which is a very big problem in SEO.
I tried to add HTML code and pressing CTRL + K, it does not work.
Additional information:
I maybe doing it wrong. Please guide me if it is possible or is there any limitation to this app and if there is an alternative app for this purpose or alternative solution, I am here.

Unfortunately, we are currently missing the capability to have rich text for the service description.
We will add your request to our Feature requests and consider it when planning our Roadmap.

Why this is important for me?
From the perspective of SEO, internal linking is an important part of SEO and if the content is not linkable, it might be losing a lot of rankings.
And the phone numbers and emails on the service page cannot be linked, too. They should be clickable too.

I also want to vote for rich text. Where can we vote? Is there a way to go over the character limit for the booking description?
