This seems like a great initiative. I have $500+ waiting in my account but it seems you only get paid month by month on the condition your revenue share hits $200 for that single month.
I wish I could access the $500+ I have earnt but in all liklehood I never will because I don’t create that many websites in a snigle month.
The minimum payout is $200 - but not for a specific month.
For example, you might have $150 one month and $100 the next - in total $250, which is eligible to be paid out at the next payout (and subject to the terms of the program) 
It says I have $500 to be paid out but it says there are no scheduled payments. I have added all of my details.
Asked the team to take a quick look 
Since the account (the one created with the details needed to accept the payout) was created around the end of Jan (after the last payout date), then you should be due the payment at the end of the month for everything labeled as estimated Feb 28 (assuming all the details of the account are correct)
