Wix App (Beta) is available to some users already, however as it states it is in Beta form, like Wix Code was first off before it was released to the general public.
When it will be phased out of the beta stage and put to release stage is only when Wix are perfectly happy with it and that could be in a couple of months or even early next year, nobody knows.
You can create your own app through Android Studio for Android and XCode for Mac with just a full page webview which basically just shows a carbon copy of your website, or use Adobe PhoneGap or Apache Cordova.

Or you can go through various online app makers like Heath has suggested above, there are others too which will all do similar jobs like making your site into a PWA sort of phone app.

However, none of these will actually integrate with Wix Corvid itself and you won’t be able to use any code from Wix with any of the programmes themselves.
Also remember that with these online app websites you will be expected to pay them a ongoing fee as well as having to pay the fees for your Google Developer account so that you can put your app into the Playstore and also the same for Apple Developer account so that you can put your app into the AppStore

Google Play Developer account will cost you $25 (one time), Apple iTunes Developer account will cost you $99/year and Windows Developer account will cost you $19/year. These prices can vary as per their respective policies.
If you need an app asap then I would suggest going to a professional company and getting it done properly and not through an online app website, otherwise have a look through the online app websites and see what they offer and how easy you it is for you to do it yourself.
Otherwise, if you think that the Wix mobile version of your website is good enough for you for the time being, then I would wait and hold fire until Wix finally release Wix App (Beta) to everybody or they find a suitable app maker that will make your site into a PWA as stated here, albeit without using the one already mentioned on the page.

Also, check with yourself and see if you really need a mobile app and whether you just need a native mobile app or if you actually need a progressive web app itself.
