Wix Billing Tools: Proposals + Pay Links & more

I love the Wix Billing Tools however, I feel that they are sorta half developed and I’m hoping to get some feedback on if others are using Wix Billing for their Marketplace Agency?

  1. The Proposal and the Price Quote - are almost the exact same feature. And I don’t really understand the need for both.

→ Price Quotes offers the ability to request a deposit and is uglier in design - while
→ The Proposal feature is prettier and looks more “official” but lacks the ability to request a deposit.

Also when Proposals are turned into an invoice - the invoice is SO limited. Only the email comes through and it’s so elementary. The full name of the business/phone/email and contact should be transferred into the invoice from The Proposal.

  1. Paylinks needs to happen. I do a lot of small quick edits for my clients and sending a paylink is the most efficient way to handle this type of business interaction.

Anyone out there have feedback on this? And if you are not using Wix Billing Tools - what platforms are you using because I need something easy and clean.

I am currently using a third party payment link to receive payment from clients however it is neither efficient as it redirect the client to another website to receive payment and is very frustrating that we lose client day in day out dew to that. we are currently looking for better solution where wix will allow third-party payment integration.

Hey Pamela,
I find the design options to be very limited for the new Prospero proposals you guys have.
Custom fonts and more design flexibility would be very much appreciated.
