Hi,
So, I would like that my clients book an online appointment. This online appointment is performed with Zoom. The thing that I need to do is create a Zoom meeting, and return the meeting ID, so that I can include in my email confirmation
Any idea on how can I do that?
Thanks
You wonât be able to do it through Wix Bookings itself.
You will need to go through their own API and connect through that.

If you need more help about Zoom, then contact their own support.

Also, if you have looked at Zoomâs own forum, you might have seen this.

You can expose your site to Zoom with Wix Fetch or Wix HTTP Functions.

Wow, thank a lot for the info. Indeed, I thought the same that there is no direct way to do it. Iâll have a look and check what I can do
I am trying to do the same thing, but have no knowledge of how to use code etcâŚ
If you ever find a way I would love it if you could share how you did it !
hi - we are rolling our zoom integration with bookings services these days. you can see the how to here - https://support.wix.com/en/article/creating-an-online-service-via-zoom-in-wix-bookings
Thatâs great. Hope the this is available soon. We are booking our classes online now, and this is a features that is holding us up
Please let me in on this feature ! I have to manage quite a lot of booking everyday and itâs becoming overwhelming ! This integration would really help.
Firstly, thanks Sarig for updating the post and letting us know that Zoom is now integrated into Wix Bookings.
For Gutaku and Laurent and others, please note that this is in the process of being released to all Wix users - hence the âThis feature is not yet available to all usersâ on the linked page - and also that you are in the Wix Corvid Forum and this is not code related as it is using the Zoom app.
If you need anymore help with using the Zoom app, then please do what it states on the Wix Support page and contact Wix Support or Zoom directly.

Understood GOS. Have tried to contact support on this but they are not yet aware of this new featureâŚHopefully âlimited releaseâ will be waived soon.
Hey team,
Thanks for implementing zoom integration, itâs amazing! But, there is an issue.
We have several staff members, but the host can be only the one who is linked to the zoom account, so when another staff member joins the meeting he is not a host.
Is there any way of dealing with this? Even listing another users as co-hosts for example?
Sasha, please note my earlier replies that this is not connected with Wix Corvid, it is all purely done through Wix Bookings app and the Zoom app.

If you are having issues with it and you canât manage to do something, then you need to be going through Wix Support and not asking on this Corvid Forum as the issue is not a code related one,

You can even go through Zoomâs own Help Centre if needed too.
As stated on the Wix Bookings with Zoom pageâŚ

You donât just have to use Zoom if it does not let you do all that you want, you can use other providers as shown in the first link above if they offer what you are needing, such as Skype or Google Hangouts or Cisco Webex or GoToMeeting .
https://support.wix.com/en/article/creating-an-online-service-in-wix-bookings
To clarify - does Wix create the ID or do you have to create the session in Zoom first and then link it to Wix?
This not a code related issue and you should be going through Wix Support or Zoom.

Do we need to pay for the Zoom account if are sessions are longer than 40 mins? I have used zoom twice through wix and each time it said it was extending my meeting time but I am not sure if I can always count on thatâŚ
I think this post is closed since the question can be asked in the link provided upthere. Just to answer your question, Zoom let you use it for free with 2 people online in the meeting. If there is more than two, the limit is 40 min. That extension of time is just a marketing strategy and you won´t get it again.
Thanks!!
I am using the booking app with Zoom. I offer online classes and I have to have multiple teachers using zoom at the same time. I already have a Zoom Educational account that allows me to do that, but I cannot have multiple bookings at the same time with Wix. Is this something that can be done? Have multiple zoom links/account associated with the booking?
Hi Tatiana, Iâm sorry if Iâve got hold of the wrong end of the stick, but for what itâs worth, if you add each teacherâs name as the person holding a particular class (rather than all classes coming under your name) you should be able to schedule several classes at the same time. Possibly? Good luck!
the problem is that under bookings I can only set up one zoom account⌠is there a way that I can assign a different account to each separate teacher/booking?
I can do that directly from Zoom, but can I do that from Wix as well?
