Question:
Email notifications sent to site members using chat all have the WIX branding instead of my business branding. The email is shown as being sent from my company name, but the email icon is still the Wix icon. How do I change the email icon to my company icon instead of the wix icon?

What are you trying to achieve:
I want the email icon to be my company icon like all of my other emails (also sent via wix but with my own branding) instead of the Wix icon.
What have you already tried:
I tried all of the wix chat settings and yet there’s nothing to update the email notification icon. I read all of the wix chat articles on Help Center, and I tried to contact customer care but the chatbot wasn’t helpful.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
