Wix code Form, Drop-down CHOICES issue

I Created a Custom Form & Connected It to the Database, but

on #dropdown fields, I added some options and also connected it and its dropdown list to the field >> but on preview mode, it didn’t view the list of dropdown! #why?! #how to resolve it, please?

Ive had so many issues with this aswell, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. I’ve given up now linking elements through this way. i use code to do it and it works better.
