I used code provided in a forum on creating customer reviews input and display. Double checked everything and have also synced the data to the live site, made sure the dataset is ‘Read-Only’ and made sure the collection permissions are set to ‘Anyone’.
The code is still not working on the live site but works as expected in preview mode.
When the user clicks on the “Write a Review” button at the bottom of the page, the lightbox to enter in information should open up (but doesn’t on live site).
I have been through numerous posts with similar issues looking for a solution but cant figure it out.

I noticed that there’s a difference with your live site products collection and your sandbox collection.
Can you please try to delete your store and re-add it? I think that it should resolve the issue.
After re-adding the store, please make sure to save and publish the editor.
Should the issue persists, please reply this thread and clarify what are the steps you’ve done.

I saw this I think the reason for this is that the live and sandbox collections were not synced properly and that re-adding the store to the site may resolve the issue.

I deleted the “Shop” from the editor and re-added the shop/product pages. (I did not delete the product and re-add it itself)
Do you recommend that i delete Wix Stores from my dashboard and re-add? I’m afraid I’ll lose my sales data so far if i do that.
This seems to be more of a Stores issue and not so much a Wix Code issue. I would recommend contacting the Wix support team , as they can better evaluate the problem and provide appropriate assistance.
Has anyone found a resolution for this? I too am experiencing an issue with Lightboxes working in Preview but not Live Mode. My lightboxes host video links. I’ve connected with Support, but I was told I wouldn’t hear an update on my problem for 4-5days
I have a similar problem since yesterday. Lightboxes in preview are working fine but live is not getting any data. I did not change any code for weeks on that part.
@laurensvandamme My problem has been RESOLVED. Working with Wix Support, we came to a conclusion that my gallery that connects to the lightbox was out-of-date. I deleted the defective gallery and replaced it with a new “Pro Gallery”… and bam, my live site is seeing the Lightboxes. I hope this solution might help you!
