Could the WIX CRM include a feature which allows both individual and organisations to be interlinked clients?
At present, the WIX CRM only allows for individuals to be on the CRM. What we need is for organisations to be a client and individuals to be a client and for these to be able to interact meaningfully.
We run online training and provide training materials to organisations and individuals. At present we can record an individual on our CRM as being part of a organisation, but we can’t allow the organisation to function as a client and then link individuals to the organisation-client.
All our trainees become members of our site , but as far as we can see, their organisation can’t also function as a CRM client that they are connected to.
I think having a feature where you can connect an organization as a client and then link individuals under that organization would really streamline things.
I see what you’re saying! It would definitely be helpful if the CRM could link both individuals and organizations as clients and allow them to interact. I’ve faced a similar challenge in my HVAC business. We use HVAC Software to manage both individual customers and companies we work with. It’s super useful because we can link multiple employees from the same company to one organization account, making it easier to track all the work done for that company. I can see how that could be a huge time-saver for your training business, especially when managing multiple people under one organization.
