Wix Email - notifications@wixanswers.com - is this real or a scam?

I received an email from “notifications@wixanswers.com” and it looks like such a scam.

They are asking for -

1. A description of your business.
2. Government-issued document showing your business registration.
3. If you have a Wix Payments Business account: company or corporate registration, official tax document or articles of incorporation.
4. If you have a Wix Payments Individual account: document showing you are a sole proprietor.
5. Proof of delivery of a product/service you’ve provided (such as proof of shipping or an email with a download link).
6. Government-issued ID of the business owner(s).

It seems like a lot of information to give out and I don’t see anything in my dashboard about this. Has anyone had this happen? Or does anyone know this email is legit?
