Wix Forum won't accept change to my user name

I own the website, I’m an administrator, I have just created a forum on the website using the Wix Forum app, but every time I try to change my profile name and photo in the edit profile tab, it accepts the change, but then goes back to my original profile name with no photo. I have tried this about 10 times now, and it does the same thing
