As a Flower Shop, when customers order online or make phone orders and manual invoices are created for them, they have no invoice details that lets them see information related to which credit card they used like other companies. Example “mastercard” & and last 4 digits of the card that was used. Only through “Wix Payment ID” on the dashboard, I have access to these details for online orders & not even manual paid invoices though.
Customers espeically bussinesses that want to claim products they purchased from us under their business name don’t have access to those details on their invoices… Only said “Paid”
First Invoice Photo is a online order invoice and second is a manual entry paid invoice.
This is really annoying. For billion bollar company ,this shouldn’t be happening…
