Hi Experts! I am a member of the #WixMarketingMasters and one of my products is the ‘Email Marketing’ old name ‘Shoutouts’. #WixMarketing #EmailMarketing #ShoutOuts We are looking for feedback and feature requests you’d like us to bring to our next Wix Marketing Masters meeting with the Wix Product Managers. @caitlin11875 can you clarify what you mean by that. Do you mean scheduling of emails? :slight_smile:

Hi @juliet and thanks for the quick reply. I know you can schedule automatic emails but what I’m referring to are multiple emails in a series/sequence - to create for example a nurture sequence. Hope this makes sense? :slight_smile:

@caitlinpieters Its probably me but still not quite sure what you mean. You cannot yet schedule a shoutout? Automations are slightly different they are triggered by an event and you can add a timescale… Are you wanting to send a series of shoutouts one after another so many mins, days or weeks apart? :slight_smile:

Hi Caitlin! Currently it is no possible to schedule email campaigns. This is a featured request, you can vote for it here . :slight_smile:

A double opt-in for email users would be a nice option.

I am having a big issue with email campaigns being stopped due to bounce backs (very frustrating). We even used Brite Verify to clean the list.

Oddly enough our email capture from the site had a large number of bounce backs. Hence the option for a double opt-in would be great.

My #FeatureRequest (s) or email marketing,

  • Scheduling Emails

  • Add Products, Events, and Blog Posts (widgets)

  • Segment those who didn’t open, didn’t click, did open, did click and send another email based on their action or lack of (instead of exporting and import contacts every time)

  • More Fonts!

I would like to see a way to load CVS files to upload mailing lists. You used to have that, but that feature no longer works and it is stuck at 0% every time I attempt to load a batch of our members.

Would like to see a way to have a button inside the message/shout-out that allows a response to be sent to an email, in particular an alias email (right now, the options are for a document or website). For example, I have a delivery delay and need to know if buyers would like to wait or get a refund. I can set up a Refund alias email or Wait on Delivery alias that will quickly allow me to assess whether or not a refund is being requested. It doesn’t make sense for me to send them to the website when they could click “Refund me” or “I’ll wait” rather easily, and we get notified on the other end just as easily. #FeatureRequest #EmailMarketing
