Wix Order - Notification on order status change

Hi

I have configured the webhook to get a notification when an order is created, and it works fine.

But I also need to receive notifications when the order status changed, for instance when it is rejected.

Is this possible?

Hi,
I’m afraid that currently it’s impossible. You can receive confirmation Emails when orders are placed in your store as explained here . However, you cannot get a notification when order status is changed using Wix Code . I recommend contacting Wix Support to check if there’s another way using the product itself.
