wix private password post question?

Hi, I’m creating a small business website for myself and im looking for the way to do this.
I’m pretty sure its possible without any coding experts.
So what i am trying to do is to make a Q&A section on the menu and let anyone who visit my site to post a question. The question list will to be visible in the Q&A section. However, the question and the answer (or comment) is only visible to the administrator and the person who filled out that form must enter a password that they have set up when they wrote the post.

I’m got soo far without learning coding with wix and the site is looking pretty nice but I have no idea on how to do this T-T
Any relevant apps for this?

Hi!

So i created a site proving basic idea that you have

On home page there is a repeater, which shows only questions from collection

Link to the members page (which is protected by members protection - 2018-01-10_1428)
On members page there are 2 fields for posting question and answer, submit button which posts question

So far it looks like you described
But what is an action?) I mean where to answer?)
