wix-store hook into insert or update when order paid

I cannot find anywhere in the documentation that mentions hooking into wix stores insert/update function? or using order data of the user.

Is this possible?

I’m passing some extra custom data to the payment confirmation (thank you) page from product pages, I need to add/update a row to my custom collection when the payment is confirmed.

NB: the payment will be processed either via paypal or the wix system.
