Not really, sorry.
There’s one hack that probably isn’t relevant but I’ll mention it anyway:
Using WixCode, you can write a custom router which can control which page a user is directed to based on the URL. So you could direct the user to completely different pages based on a language in the URL.
for example www.mystore.com/Lang/EN/page or www.mystore.com/Lang/RU/page
I’m not sure that will solve all the issue or if it’s relevant to your case, but I wanted to mention it.
