Wix Stores Category Page is blank in Preview and Published Site, but works normally in Editor

Hi, I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Wix Stores Category Page in Wix Studio. The Category Page works perfectly in the Studio Editor — I can see and edit all products normally. However, when I Preview or Publish the site, the entire Category Page becomes blank/white. The website header and navigation still work normally, but the products and Category Page content completely disappear.

This appears to be a rendering/publishing issue because the products are visible in the Editor but not in Preview or on the live site. I also received a Wix warning about the Category Page “Inline” layout being inaccessible and suggesting that I replace Inline with Top. Could you please investigate whether this is a Wix Stores Category Page or Wix Studio publishing bug?

Switch the Category Page header layout from Inline to Top: Store > Category Page settings > Header Position. Wix already recommends Top for accessibility (screen readers), and it’s worth doing regardless of whether it clears the blank page.

If the page is still blank after that, this isn’t a config problem anymore — editor working while preview/live don’t is the classic signature of a caching or rendering bug on Wix’s side, not something you can fix from the dashboard. Force a full republish, test in incognito to rule out a stale cache, and if it’s still blank, open a ticket with Wix support and hand them the live URL directly. Digging further from your end won’t get you past this one.
