What I’m trying to do
I use Wix to maintain and publish my web site. Suddenly, I find you have completely changed the design of the editor. Previously, there was a layers panel on the left, and a properties panel on the right. I used them all the time. Now they are gone.

What I’ve tried so far
I can’t find these changes in your help system.

Why have you done this? Why aren’t the changes documented? Why was there no warning?

I have been a loyal user of Wix for many years, and defended it from colleagues who tell me I should be using Wordpress. Now all my learning and experience are out the window.

There hasn’t been any significant changes like this for the Studio editor recently. I suspect you may have opened a Wix Editor site, where the editor is slightly different, and the layers panel located in a different area.

If it helps, here’s the difference:

Wix Studio
(Has a dark toolbar at the top with the Studio logo in the top left (Square with a circle inside))

Wix editor
(Has a light toolbar at the top with the Wix logo in the top left)
