I received this email from Wix
So I thought, great, I pay for a 3rd party app to use swatches on my website, I’ll switch to this and cancel the app. But following the directions above don’t work. Tried support and got advice from the chatbot that also didn’t work. Then chatted with a real person who then said the ai bot was wrong and what I wanted to do wasn’t possible.
Has anyone followed the directions above and gotten image based color swatches?
