I am surprised that in all these years you have not established a commercial relationship with the various CRM editors. Every small, medium, or large business needs to digitally keep their books up to date and frankly Wix is not an accounting solution. There is then a CRM ecosystem making it possible to manage customer accounts, to manage stocks, suppliers, invoices, etc.
But why haven’t you created partnerships with its editors ?
It is by enriching your apps, by creating native connectors (without going through Zapier) that you could reach new customers, but also allow your customers not to leave you for WordPress which has connectors with 90% of the publishers of the planet.
What made Apple dethroned Android at the start is the richness of its catalog of apps, and let’s be honest “Velo” does not have a strong community and Wix does not have a “real” catalog apps .
So I ask you as a good partner, please create connectors , invest in partners like Zoho CRM, Sellsy, Axonaut … which are the best known especially on the French market, but I am also thinking of No.CRM or Hubspot.
Imagine that you have the Covid, you have invested hard in the development of Wix Stores and well done for that, however imagine that the merchant has an invoicing tool, an accountant and he needs to “synchronize” these invoices, these vouchers, orders, shipments and that does not happen in Wix, because you are not the ERP of companies , but a marketing and communication tool.
So please you do great things, continue to do well and fill the void of this ecosystem which will allow you I am sure to continue to develop your solution.
