I am having an issue where text (a single word) gets broken up and 1 letter gets pushed to a 2nd line on some mobile devices. I can see in the source it looks like word-wrap is set to break word everywhere and it should be (or I need it to be) set to normal. Is there any way to accomplish this?

You should simply enlarge the size of the text box 
Size of the text box has no impact. It can be the exact size of the text or massively larger, it changes nothing. You can view the source and see in code that wix tells it to break the word, need to figure out how to change that. Would be easy in WP not sure how here.

When there’s no enough space for the text inside the text box, it breaks the text to multiple lines. Therefore, you should enlarge the text box so that there’s enough space for the text.
Should the issue persists, please contact Wix Support team so that they can help you with this matter. I recommend adding the page name and site URL so that they can view the issue on their end.

Appreciate the comments but you are not understanding the issue. The container is not the problem. The text is fine on desktop and some mobile devices but on other mobile devices it breaks it. This is because wix tells it to break-word for the word wrap settings in the background. This is what needs to be changed.

This is not a Wix Code issue. Please contact Wix Support team and send them the site URL, a screenshot of the issue and more information about the mobile device you were using so that they can test it on their end.
