You can select multiple rows in a collection

While working with your collection data, you might have found yourself wanting to select multiple rows at one time.

Fortunately, this is easy to do, both in your Sandbox collection and your Live collection.
You have two options:

  • You can click the row number of the first or last row and then drag your mouse up or down over the row numbers on the left.

  • You can press and hold the Ctrl (command) key as you select the row numbers on the left.

You can combine the two methods if you want to select a contiguous range of rows and then select some rows that aren’t part of the range.

Once you’ve selected your rows, you can right-click in the numbered column of a selected row and choose what you want to do (copy, delete, duplicate).

You can also click Sync and then copy the selected items over to your Live collection.

Tip: If you click “Copy,” you can then paste the rows into a spreadsheet app like Excel or Google Sheets.
