A little background.

I’m doing a nonprofit site in which we imported contacts from Constant Contact into Wix. Upon exploring, we came up with some questions.

  1. What are the differences between tags and labels?? I had to convert all the CC tags to labels in wix to be able to segment lists. What’s the point in tags??

  2. I have an e-list form, and the client wants users to be able to self label themselves. How can this be achieved?

  1. In the Wix app, when I go to filter contacts, I cannot see my labels… ALSO, when in a contact’s profile, I cannot see their labels. Any insight would be amazing!

I’d like to see contacts improved… I use it to cold email to gain clients. It’s still a little too clunky. Would be nice to see company names instead of people’s names or at least have the option. Needs some work.
