There is a menu which is perfectly working, on desktop, watch it on mobile and
you see the disaster (Really nice responsive Wix…).
I tried to add a vertical navigation menu, but can’t edit the content of the vertical menu (showing/hiding) without affecting the horizontal menu on top.
So how do I achieve what you see on the link posted above, but RESPONSIVE???

We are working on a better mobile experience for Wix sites. In the meantime you can achieve what you want using the mobile view editor by selecting the mobile button at the top of the editor…

This may not be ideal but if you group the menu items and then rearrange them in mobile view you should be able to get what you are looking for.
