I was trying to add Google Translate to my site as my visitors will be from all over the world. I tried to add it using the HTML widget. It displays the translate widget from google but it doesn’t translate the page/site. Has anyone had any luck doing this?
Quick answer: Not possible at all to use Google Translate in an easy way.
Advanced Answer:
You can loop through all your elements on your page using code and then send them to Google Translate API and translate them to the selected language for the user and then render the page. Will not be super in regards of loading speed I would guess.
Easy answer:
Use the multilingual feature of Wix that exists but then you will need to manually translate all on your own.
Wix multilingual is a failure. It cannot translate many of things and also failed to translate product options like size,color etc.
