I am trying to add a drop down on my home horizontal menu to list all of the categories in my posts. This is just a simple blog not a full-blown site. Can anyone help me?

Yes - all I have on my Home Navigation menu is “Home, Posts, About” I want the Posts to list all of the categories in my blog area. Any bright ideas?
