Add social media handles in centralized place

Right now, if you add a social media bar to two different pages, you have to input the handles 2 times (to each bar). It would be great if there was a centralized place to add handles and when adding a bar to the page, it automatically includes these handles. I believe Squarespace does this and it helps with setup time and errors.
