Adding products to the store has a limited with 12 photos.
Sometimes these products has more than 12 options such as color or different visuals.
If you are exporting these products from lets say a dropshipper or another supplier directly and if these products has more than 12 variants with available photo options wix gets all these options.
Which means for example if I import a product with 20 variants I see my wix store has 20 product options with 20 or more photos for this product. Which concludes that 12 is the limit. As if wix can do this and dont let us do it at least give this permission to help centrer and limit this with 100 products or whatever so we can ask help and ask reps to manually extend the limits of some products.
One other important thing. Lets say I added a product and this product had 20 variants and by auto I found out that my wix store has this product with 23 photos available. at least give us the freedom to replace these photos so that maybe we can arrange what is needed what is not manually. We already have 23 photos for this product added automaticly. If we can change a few photos we can handle the needed revisions.
Let me give you an example. I have a product HERE
this product has 12 variants and 14 photos already (actually it was 17 or 18 but I deleted some of them by mistake) and as this is a women jumpsuit I cant ask a customer to purchase this without seeing the color and also I need to show this product from sides and back as well. So now if I could replace 2 photos I could be able to fix my problem with 14 photos. But system does not let me add photos until i delet photos until 11 photos left. Or I can not replace any photos until it is 11 photos as well… Thats a strange problem. IF system can do this there should be a hidden promt otherwise system can not do that too! Right?
