Adding custom delivery dates

Hi! I have a business that sells subscription plans for tampons and pads. I would like my boxes to be delivered on the day of my customers choosing. It should be a mandatory field within the shopping cart and, of course, has to be filled out before going to checkout! On the checkout screen I want it to show the chosen date again for feedback purposes so my client knows she picked the right date. In the orderdata on the wix dashboard of my site it should show the chosen delivery date obviously. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

p.s. If possible, with a subscription plan that is 3 or 6 months long, I want to know the times inbetween delivery. This also possible?

I think it is only possible by adding some code. Tried other options without succes. So this would be the right place then.
